Evgenios Evgeniou is a seasoned executive and certified board member with more than 25 years of leadership experience in professional and financial services. He currently serves as Chairman of Invest Cyprus and chairs or serves on the boards of financial services organisations. He is also Chairman of Nicosia for Art, home to the Nicosia Municipal Theatre and the Nicosia Festival, and leads the ICAEW Cyprus Strategy Advisory Group. Formerly Chairman and CEO of PwC Cyprus (2012–2021), he also served on PwC’s EMEA Leadership Team representing fifteen European countries. Evgenios holds a BEng (Hons) from Imperial College London and he is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). He earned an MA in International Affairs (Strategic Studies) from King’s College London in 2024, the Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD in 2023 (having completed the International Directors Programme), and in 2025 completed the MIT Sloan program on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
